How can I help?

Hey, I'm Adam

Nearly 20 years ago, my first brush with traditional HR left me wondering, surely there’s a better way?
 

That question became a lifelong curiosity. I went looking for answers in unexpected places, TEDx stages, elite sports teams, human centred design, and fast-moving tech start-ups. Everywhere I looked, I saw the same truth: when people are treated like co-creators, not cogs, magic happens.
 

So I started experimenting, blending product thinking with people practice. We started to ship work that  results spoke for themselves: teams moved faster, felt stronger, and stayed connected to what really mattered.
 

That’s how Give A Damn was born, to help fast growing businesses evolve how they work so their people and customers win together.
